In short: try Med99 free first. Paid plans are not refundable, but you can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. With autopay, you get a reminder before every debit; if you forget to cancel, only the most recent autopay payment can be refunded, never earlier ones. If you were charged by mistake, we will refund you.
This policy applies to Med99 paid plans bought from Qubelex Private Limited and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you pay
Med99 has a Free plan, and you can try every Gold feature free for 3 days inside the app. You are not charged for the trial. We encourage you to use the Free plan and the trial to make sure Med99 suits your store before buying a paid plan.
2. Paid plans are non-refundable
Because you can try Med99 before buying, and paid features are made available to you straight away, payments for paid plans (such as Silver and Gold) are non-refundable. This includes:
- any unused part of a billing period, including if you stop using Med99 part-way through;
- downgrading to a lower plan or to the Free plan;
- not using the Service, or using fewer features than the plan includes;
- an account suspended or closed for breaking our Terms of Service; and
- deleting data, a pharmacy (PID) or a whole account (MID) — any remaining paid period is forfeited.
When each payment is made, we issue a GST tax invoice and pay the tax on it to the government. This is why completed billing periods cannot be refunded.
3. Autopay (automatic renewals)
If you turn on autopay (for example, a UPI AutoPay or card mandate through our payment gateway), your plan renews and is charged automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
- Reminder before every debit. You will be notified at least 3 days before each automatic debit, by the payment gateway and/or Med99 (by SMS, email, app notification or your UPI app), showing the amount and date.
- It is your responsibility to cancel. If you no longer want Med99, cancel autopay before the debit date — from the app, from your UPI app or bank's mandate settings, or by emailing support@med99.in. Autopay keeps charging whether or not you use the app.
- Not using the app is not grounds for a refund of earlier renewals. Each autopay payment is invoiced and GST is paid on it when it is charged.
- Only the most recent autopay payment can be refunded. If you did not use Med99 and forgot to cancel, you may ask for a refund of the latest automatic payment only, within 7 days of that debit. Earlier payments will not be refunded.
Example: you set up monthly autopay and stop using Med99, and autopay charges you in January, February and March. If you ask within 7 days of the March debit, we can refund the March payment and cancel autopay. The January and February payments cannot be refunded.
4. Cancelling
- You can cancel a paid plan or autopay any time, from the app, from your UPI app or bank's mandate settings, or by emailing support@med99.in from your registered email address.
- After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
- When the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays in your account, but features or limits of the paid plan will no longer apply.
5. When we do refund
We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged more than once for the same plan and period (duplicate payment);
- money was taken from your account but the payment failed, or the paid plan was never activated, and we cannot activate it;
- you were charged for a renewal after you had cancelled and we had confirmed the cancellation; or
- you ask for a refund of the most recent autopay payment, as explained in section 3. In this case autopay is cancelled and your account moves to the Free plan straight away.
Please write to support@med99.in within 7 days of the charge, with your MID, the payment date, amount and transaction ID. We will review it and reply within 5 working days.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway. We start the refund within 5–7 working days of approval. How long it takes to reach your account then depends on your bank, card issuer or UPI app — usually 5–10 working days.
7. Plan changes
If you upgrade during a billing period, the amount to pay is shown before you confirm. If you downgrade, the change applies from the next billing period and no refund is made for the current one.
8. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute. If a chargeback is raised for a valid payment, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.
9. Delivery of the service
Med99 is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Your paid plan is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. If it has not activated within 24 hours, please email us with your transaction ID.
